The Russian River Valley Winegrowers hosted the ultimate winemaker dinner, the Annual Paulée, on April 30, 2016, at Arista Winery in Healdsburg. The Paulée offered guests an unmatched tasting experience in both wine and food. Guests enjoyed an elegant multi-course meal prepared by paired renowned local chefs: Duskie Estes, Executive Chef/Owner of ZAZU Restaurant and Farm, Tim Kaulfers, Executive Chef of Arista Winery, Cheyenne Simpkins, Chef and Owner of Wine Country Feasts abd Dustin Valette, Valette Healdsburg. Winemakers mingled amongst the tables sharing rare and favorite wines from their personal cellars.
